Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as incense sticks or any products marked as “sale” cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To request a refund, please reach out to us through “Contact us” with your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for the refund request. We will provide you with return instructions if applicable.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If your item is eligible for a return, you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We require the use of a trackable shipping service for items over $75 due to the nature of our products, to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or full refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

If your item is eligible for a return, you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We require the use of a trackable shipping service for items over $75 due to the nature of our products, to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
